Known as "Huize Aura Winkel", this building is the old home to Shon Carlos "Cai" Nicolaas Winkel. Build around the 1740's her name La Maria can still be found on the pilars surrounding the garden. Wooden stairs lead you to a a balcony where the main entrance, existing of three doors, is situated.

On the 1st and 2nd floor individual offices are for rent, either for a short time or long term. They vary from 16m2 tot 30m2 and are inclusive different service e.g. telephone connections, 24/7 internet, office furniture, advanced printer & copier machines, manned information and reception and other services.
